JOURNEY.
Pre-Event Planning
20-member organizing team conducted 5 planning meetings over 2 weeks. Faculty coordination maintained throughout preparation.
Marketing & Promotion
Posters, WhatsApp, Instagram/social media, classroom and departmental outreach, and direct student interaction.
Registration & Verification
34 teams registered via Google Form. Details verified and participant database maintained. 33 teams participated.
Venue & Technical Setup
Auditorium prepared with seating, stage, backdrop, banner, registration desk, projector, screen, microphone, and sound system.
Inauguration & Briefing
Welcome address, formal inauguration, judges introduced, competition rules, pitching format, time limits, and judging criteria briefed.
Main Competition
33 teams pitched for 5 minutes each, followed by 7-minute Q&A with judges. Single-round direct evaluation format.
Judges' Evaluation
All 33 teams evaluated on overall performance, idea quality, communication, and Q&A responses. Direct selection of winners.
Results & Prize Distribution
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place announced by judges, followed by prize distribution ceremony.
